Ross Golman

Ross is a Partner at SHOP Companies where he focuses on high street Property Advisory and Tenant expansion nationally. Ross has 20+ years of retail real estate experience and worked with clients ranging from Tanger, Asana Partners, Vince, DWR, Velvet, Suit Supply, Lele Sadoughi, Aesop, Lacoste, STAG, and Katz Bros. Hospitality.  Ross is known for his relationships, loyalty, and strong commitment to working through any difficulties on all levels of the transaction to deliver the desired results of his client’s. 

Prior to SHOP, Ross was formerly a Senior Vice President at The Retail Connection where he focused on specialty retail strategies including both on the Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation sides. 

In his free time, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys whether it is a beach or a sports field. Ross received his Bachelor Degree in Finance at The University of Texas’s McCombs School of Business.
