Victoria Pappas

Victoria joined the Specialty team at SHOP with a focus on Landlord and Tenant Representation, nationally. She has contributed to strategic tenant growth for emerging brands, alongside leasing for ground-up developments and redevelopments of existing assets, with notable clients including Vestar, Kimco, 90Ten, La La Land, and Exxir Capital.

Prior to joining SHOP's Specialty team, Victoria gained valuable experience at DuWest Realty, contributing to leasing efforts for suburban assets, as well as supporting the growth of restaurant tenants across Dallas-Fort Worth. Earlier in her career, she interned at The Retail Connection in Houston, further deepening her industry expertise.

Originally from Houston, Victoria is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. She is an active member of ICSC and NTCAR.
